We believe that people are the heart of every community and we hope that you enjoy living at Spruce Meadows! The Spruce Meadows Homeowner’s Association wants to make sure that each of our homeowners feels welcome   and we look forward to the community growing and thriving.

The HOA is responsible for administrative and financial management, community relations, newsletters, trash and recycle service,  covenant enforcement, annual septic inspections, and design review.

Spruce Meadows is a Covenant Controlled Community with Design Guidelines and Rules and Regulations that must be followed when purchasing a home or building a home in  Spruce Meadows.
